Serendipity Resort & Campground
Serendipity offers furnished Yurts for glamping, A-Frame Cabins, RV sites with full hook-ups and Tent sites. We are open year round. We have lots of activities that are included with your accommodation. Activities are all outdoors and filled with memory making potential.
Swimming pools, fishing, trails, 18 hole disc golf course, kayaking, paddle boards, paddle boats all fall under the included activities for those adventure seekers! Please see our “Serendipity Resort” Tab for more information.
Serendipity Bar & Grill – Our on-site restaurant and bar are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 4pm to close. Food served until 9pm. Reservations are highly recommended. Please view the ‘Food + Drink’ tab for more information

Cabins
These cabins host a beautiful knotty cedar interior. It has 2 queen sized beds. One upstairs in open loft and another downstairs in main floor. This cabin has a full bathroom (shower) and a kitchenette with sink, minifridge and microwave. The only thing you need to bring is your food and your overnight bag to stay in this luxurious cabin. There is room to sleep additional children in the floor in sleeping bags if you want. The cabins have heat and air and some of the most comfortable beds you will find. Each cabin has a firepit, charcoal grill and picnic table outside. You will find the front porch a great place to have morning coffee or just relax watching the kids play on a nearby playground.

Venue Rental
Our beautiful retro Venue space is used for Holiday parties, weddings, receptions, class reunions and large gatherings of every kind. The space includes tables and chairs for up 230 guests. Our picturesque grounds host beautiful ceremonies in nature with reception to follow in our Gallery space over-looking the Lake amidst the Giant Cypress trees.
Please contact the office at 731-585-0268 or fill out our inquiry form below for pricing and availability. Rates for reserving the venue start at $4,000 for the full day and $400 per hour for shorter events. Please ask your camp host about other resort venues for events.

Water Park Information
- The Waterpark is for Registered Guests Only based upon the maximum occupancy of your unit – no outside visitors.
- Our waterpark is open daily, Memorial Day to late September, from 10 am to Dusk.
- All resort activities are included with your site rental for up to 4 people.
- Waterpark Passes are $20 per person per day and include the day of arrival and departure.
- All participating guests are required to complete a waiver of liability as directed by camp hosts.
- No pets are allowed at the Waterpark or on the Waterpark beach.
- All adults and children are required to have a life jacket on person at all times. Everyone must wear a lifejacket while in the water.
- Guests will be required to wear provided wristbands at all times. Replacement wrist bands will require swapping out of current wrist bands. See camp host for more details.
- Snacks, beverages and adult beverages are allowed on the beach area only – Glass is strictly prohibited.

You won’t have to go far from your campsite to find a satisfying meal! Our on-site bar and grill serves up delicious bar style food for the whole family to enjoy! (The Wisconsin cheese curds are a must try). Serendipity Bar & Grill is sure to satisfy all your cravings!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my four-wheeler or side-by-side?
No but we do offer golf carts to rent! Contact us for rates and information.
What is the booking and cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable credit card payment at the time of reservation. You must cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your stay to receive a credit and will be charged a $10 processing fee. We do not refund for weather. For cabin & yurt reservations, you must cancel 15 days out from your arrival date for a nonrefundable credit.

Can I bring firewood?
Due to Tennessee regulations to prevent the Southern Pine Beetle, no outside firewood is permitted. Firewood is available for purchase. Please see your camp host for pricing.

How many people included in a nightly rental?
Cabins and yurts are 4 person maximum occupancy. Campsites are based on 4 person occupancy – additional campsite guests are $10 per guest.
How many tents can I pitch at one site?
One small additional tent is permitted at each RV site. Tent sites are permitted 2 tents per site. Tents are not permitted on yurt and cabin sites.
Can I charge my phone in the yurts?
Yes there is a power strip in each yurt
Is the campground pet-friendly?
Yes. Pets must always remain on a leash. Pets are not to be left unattended at campsites. Chains, tiedowns, unattended leashes are prohibited. Small mobile dog fences are approved at RV sites. Vicious breeds are prohibited. Campground management follows the American Property Casualty Insurance Association Guidelines. Please research and contact a camp host prior to booking for questions.
Are your cabins and yurts pet-friendly?
Cabins are pet-friendly and based on 2 pets per cabin maximum at $30 per night per pet. Guests are responsible for damage and additional cleaning required. Sorry pets are not allowed in the yurts.
