Can I bring my four-wheeler or side-by-side?

No but we do offer golf carts to rent! Contact us for rates and information.  We also allow guests to bring their own golf carts for $20/day or $40 per stay.

What is the booking and cancellation policy?

We require a non-refundable credit card payment at the time of reservation. You must cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your stay to receive a credit and will be charged a $10 processing fee. We do not refund for weather. For cabin & yurt reservations, you must cancel 15 days out from your arrival date for a nonrefundable credit.

What are check-in/checkout times?

Check in: 3:00 P.M.

Check out: 11:00 A.M.

Can I bring firewood?

Due to Tennessee regulations to prevent the Southern Pine Beetle, no outside firewood is permitted. Firewood is available for purchase. Please see your camp host for pricing.

How many people included in a nightly rental?

Cabins and yurts are 4 person maximum occupancy. Campsites are based on 4 person occupancy – additional campsite guests are $10 per guest.

How many tents can I pitch at one site?

One small additional tent is permitted at each RV site. Tent sites are permitted 2 tents per site. Tents are not permitted on yurt and cabin sites.

Can I charge my phone in the yurts?

Yes there is a power strip in each yurt

Is the campground pet-friendly?

Yes. Pets must always remain on a leash. Pets are not to be left unattended at campsites. Chains, tiedowns, unattended leashes are prohibited. Small mobile dog fences are approved at RV sites. Vicious breeds are prohibited. Campground management follows the American Property Casualty Insurance Association Guidelines. Please research and contact a camp host prior to booking for questions.

Are your cabins and yurts pet-friendly?

Cabins are pet-friendly and based on 2 pets per cabin maximum at $30 per night per pet. Guests are responsible for damage and additional cleaning required. Sorry pets are not allowed in the yurts.
